NAR-India’s National Convention in Mumbai Concludes Successfully, Drives ₹3000 Crore in Business Engagements

Mumbai, 24th March, 2026: NAR-India, the country’s leading body representing real estate professionals, successfully concluded its annual national convention in Mumbai, bringing together key stakeholders from across the real estate ecosystem. The event facilitated business engagements estimated at over ₹3000 crore, with participation from leading national retail brands including those from the Reliance, Tata and Birla groups.
The convention witnessed participation from over 1,800 delegates, including realtors, developers, investors, landlords, retailers, financial institutions and corporate occupiers from across India. The platform enabled high-value networking, strategic collaborations and transaction-oriented discussions across residential, commercial and retail segments.
A key highlight of the event was the strong presence of major corporates exploring large-scale investments across real estate sectors, reinforcing the growing role of organised brokerage in driving structured transactions and partnerships.
The convention also featured engaging sessions with prominent personalities including actor BomanIrani and spiritual speaker Jaya Kishori. Distinguished industry leaders such as Dr.
Niranjan Hiranandani, architect Hafeez Contractor, CREDAI President Shekhar Patel, and Padma Shri awardee Savji Bhai Dholakia were also present.
Mr. Sumanth Reddy, Chairman, NAR-India, said the convention demonstrated how collaboration continues to shape the future of real estate in India. He noted that bringing the entire ecosystem onto a single platform has strengthened trust, accelerated partnerships and translated conversations into tangible business outcomes.
Mr. Chandresh Vithalani, President-Elect, NAR-India, highlighted that the scale and quality of participation reflected the increasing maturity and professionalism within the brokerage community. He added that the convention has opened new avenues for transparent, large-scale transactions and deeper industry collaboration.
Mr. Ashish Mehta, Convention Chair, stated that the event successfully delivered on its objective of creating meaningful connections between real estate professionals, developers, corporates and investors. He emphasised that the convention has generated strong business momentum and long-term opportunities for the industry.
The event leadership team included Mr. Jayesh Vyas (Convention Co-Chair), Mr. Ram Prasad Padhi (Program Chairman), and Mr. Raju Achpilia (Convention Secretary, who played a key role in delivering a comprehensive platform focused on networking, deal-making and knowledge exchange.
